Christoffer Simpson
CEO
Chris is a US Air Force veteran and father of two children. His goal is to create a better world for his and your family. He brings over 20 plus years of experience in building technologies and life safety systems. He is a well-connected and life-long salesperson, manager and marketing professional. Chris has 10 years experience in emergency power systems, and 10 years experience in low-voltage life-safety and HVAC systems. He has worked with some of the largest companies and top minds in the building technologies world. He and his teams are the authors of two patents dedicated to improving the response time for first responders during disruptive and lethal events in schools, homes and the workplace. Our SMD team will serve your business by identifying risks, increasing productivity and efficiency to create safe places to thrive. Chirs’ passion is all technologies and innovations that better the human condition.
Rachel Meason Blair
CFO
Rachel is a seasoned finance expert with over two decades of experience spanning multiple industries, including technology, building services, aviation, construction, and franchising. With a robust background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and investment management, Rachel has consistently driven growth and innovation in diverse small business environments.
After earning a degree in Aviation Technology from Georgia State University, Rachel begean her career with Piper Aircraft as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. She transitioned to an Operational role and began her career in accounting and finance.
In the building services industry, Rachel has been instrumental in developing financial strategies that align with sustainability goals, successfully running a $50m end to end supply chain during the Covid19 pandemic. Her ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and market dynamics has earned her a reputation as a thought leader in financial sustainability.
With a unique blend of expertise across various sectors, Rachel is committed to driving financial success while fostering sustainable growth and innovation.
